We are in the market to purchase well maintained wet and dry bulk tankers with a median life of 10-12 years. We see value in these vessels for the next decade and believe the shipping cycle will provide for multiple exit opportunities at attractive returns at exit- which we aim to deliver to our stake-holders in the next 5 years.

With the current order book and the fundamentals for oil, there is an increasing interest for tonnage. Resales are now pricing higher than contracting, due to the timing of available yard space. A new order will be delivered in three years at the earliest.
